The Administrative Services Division is responsible for managing the department’s $3.5 million annual budget, researching new technology, conducting internal investigations, researching and obtaining additional funds through available grants, and evidence and property control. The Administrative Division is also responsible for developing and coordinating training for the entire department, to include the Police Training Program.
 
The Records Office, 911 Center, and Information Systems are part of the WPD’s Administrative Services Division.
